1.Are my credit card details safe and secure when I shop at Beauty Click?

2.Does Beauty Click offer any guarantee for the purchases I make?

3. How do I place my order?

Placing an order online is easy. Simply follow these simple steps: Select a product you would like to purchase. Select any size and color. Click the Add to Cart button in product detail page. You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout

4. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the Shopping Cart button at the top right corner of your screen. Click on that and you can easily change the quantity of the item in your cart, then click Update Shopping Cart. You can also delete any item added in your cart by clicking the Remove Button and then updating your cart with the Update Shopping Cart button.

5. How do I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?

To change your account information, click the Login button on the top page main menu of our web page. Enter your correct email and password. Click “Edit Account” on the account panel and enter the new information for each account section you wish to edit. Once the information has been edited click the “SUBMIT” button.

6. How do I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal®, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®. Your credit card information will be encrypted and kept safe with us – meaning you can shop worry-free.

7. I put in my credit card information and I got the message ‘Problem during Credit Card Validation.’ What do I do?

Please enter your credit card information correctly. We’ve noticed you have been trying to complete this transaction with an incorrect or outdated account. Make sure your billing address matches the one on your card account, as well as the numbers entered into our online form. 8. When and how will I know that my order has been placed?

Once you’ve placed your order and a confirmation has been sent, you will receive an email with all of your order details. We encourage you to review the details carefully to ensure that it is correct and that there are no issues with shipping or delivery.

9. Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Thank you for choosing us. We understand that sometimes you need to change your mind or cancel your order and we’re here to help. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel any orders that have already been processed and shipped due to the nature of how our system works. We hope this helps.
